Comfort Suites Pell City near Logan Martin Lake

This was surprisingly a really nice hotel. For the price I didn't have high expectations and they over delivered so that was nice. Check was easy, they offered breakfast, had a mini store, the rooms were really clean and prime location to shopping, eating and the interstate. I'd stay again.

The hotel was in a great location. Right off the highway, food choices and gas nearby. Starbucks right down the road which was great. The service was fantastic. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. This was great accommodations for the price and rating. It can be hard to find a nice clean hotel. This was it. Our room was clean and the bathroom was great. The only thing is that our room had a musty smell that was predominantly why we gave 3 stars instead of 5. Overall it was still satisfying and we were comfortable. The breakfast was just on the lighter side of your normal breakfast room hot continental breakfast. Bottom line is we would still stay here again and feel comfortable making another reservation.

Great hotel, they got us a room quick because the Hampton down the street double booked us and I showed up at 3 so other person got my room. I am glad they did that because Comforts rooms are nicer and so is staff

Great location, great staff, super clean. We stayed there on 7/26/24 on our way to Charleston, SC. Donna at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She also helped us book our hotel in Charleston too. Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The gentleman that worked breakfast room never slowed down. He was either replenishing the breakfast items or cleaning. I do have to say it was the cleanest breakfast area I've seen in a while. The room was very clean and fresh. The beds and pillows were great. There was just a small problem with the shower head. Donna wrote it down, and thanked us for the info. She assured us it would be corrected for the next guest. We definitely plan to stop there on our next trip to Charleston. I highly recommend this location!

The place smelled so clean when we walked in the building. This hotel was great. The room was very clean, the AC was super cold and helped me get right to sleep after my shower. It also has free breakfast, and that was also very good.

Excellent hotel. Seems to be recently updated. Room was clean. Everything was great until the last day when the shower would not drain at all. Best part was that you can control the air in your room unlike a lot of the newer places we have stayed recently.

Hotels was in a awesome spot.. Clean and quiet.. Service was excellent. Coffee was good.

I don't usually write a review for a one night stay, but felt this one was warranted. This has got to be the cleanest, freshest smelling hotel I've ever walked into. I was greeted with a pleasant smile as I approached the counter. We checked in on November 28th, and as we got off on your floor the cleanest smell hit our noses. We opened the door to a quality room the was better than some hight end hotels. Trust me, we've stayed in some of the best, and they weren't as clean as this hotel or room. The bed.... ohmygoodness! The bed is absolutely the most comfortable! The sheets are so soft and the pillows are perfect. We were completely surprised at the details to quality this hotel takes. The only negative we found was at breakfast. We may of hit it on an off day. The eggs and meat weren't hot, but just warm. It was the usual free breakfast offered at most hotels. If this is the only negative we noticed, they're doing so much more right than wrong. Book this hotel with confidence and know that you'll get a great night's sleep.
